Living the Dream:
Log Cabin lifestyles in the Carolina Mountains

We would like to show you a few more photos of the cabin we built in the South Carolina mountains just a short drive from Cashiers, North Carolina. This is a beautiful two-story log home in a forest at the top of a mountain ridge. See the Visual Tour. Be sure your browser allows pop-ups from visualtour.com.

Chickens in the kitchen make you a yuppie. Chickens in the yard make you a redneck. I'm a redneck yuppie. We built a designer chicken coop to match our log home. Chickens are lots of fun!
Another deer in our yard. They come every day. Our cabin in the snow.
