Your listing will be featured on this Web site - one of the most popular and advanced Web sites in the area - plus other diverse office and broker web sites. Your listing will be promoted to over 51,600 real estate consultants nationwide in 488 Keller Williams offices (as of October 2005) on the Keller Williams corporate Intranet and their very consumer-friendly national Web site.
• Keller Williams Realty of Cashiers (formerly Village Realty) has been the overall top-selling real estate company in Jackson County, NC since March 2000 (source: Highlands-Cashiers MLS), both in total dollar volume and in total number of sales for land and homes combined.
• Our satellite Atlanta office exists for the sole purpose of presenting your Carolina Mountain listings to our sister Keller Williams offices in the Atlanta area, and to promote Cashiers mountain living to that city.
• Open houses for Cashiers area real estate brokers and the public.
• Multiple Listing Service presentations with extensive, clear photographs and Visual Tours®. It is extremely important to you that we do this right. Not only do we email your listings directly from the MLS to potential buyers, but agents from other firms will send your listings to their clients.
