With over 40 years experience, Steve Daniels is just the person to call for all your artistic needs to promote your development or construction project of any size. Since 1984, Steve has done hundreds of projects in the Highlands, Cashiers, and Lake Toxaway region.

Many people have difficulty visualizing what something will look like before construction is completed. A few are even more confused when viewing blueprints or topographical maps.

This is where the talents of Steve Daniels come in. From blueprints, maps, sketches, or anything else available from the builder, Steve prepares detailed artist concepts of homes or entire developments.

He is able to visualize what a project will look like from a bird's eye view or from any other appropriate angle. When viewing these concepts done in pen & ink or in full color, anyone can see exactly how the project will appear even before the first shovel full of dirt has been moved.

Some projects require scale models. Steve has built many models of homes and, with the use of topographic maps, has built very intricate models of entire developments. These are excellent sales tools for any developer.

New developments require many artistic elements. Design of logos and entrance signs are among the first as they are used in all initial advertisement. Next is brochure design with maps including photos or sketches of specific scenes viewed on or from the property.

Steve Daniels studio is a division of Custom Creations located on the second floor of Laurel Terrace on Highway 64 in Cashiers, North Carolina. Steve and his wife, Carol, also paint trompe l'oeil murals as well as hand painted ceramic tile murals. This adds the final touch to any new home or commercial building.
